Return Policy


Returns: Items found defective from manufacturer may be returned for credit or replacement, subject to review and inspection. Returns are considered only for original end user/consumers. Wear and tear under normal use or end user damage is not covered. Purchases deemed faulty must be returned within 30 days.

Restocking Fees: Merchandise returned to us because of refused shipments or customer error will be subject to a 10% restocking charge, in addition to freight charges and C.O.D. charges.

Embroidered or decorated items may not be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturer defect. Items altered in any way from issued condition cannot be returned. Health regulations stipulate that all goods returned to us for repair must be cleaned and washed prior to return.
